The quick answer: the one with the name of what you are going to do. But if you're in doubt, here's the guide.
If you're painting interior walls or ceilings, the Interior Paint Kit has everything you need. If the project is more complete, with several rooms, furniture to protect or difficult to access areas, the Interior Special Kit adds a 16L bucket with grid, masking tape and masking tape for worry-free work right from the start.
To paint a façade, the Façade Kit. Wool roller, large bucket, grid, tape and felt floor covering, all designed to work comfortably outdoors with any acrylic or mineral paint.
If you have a terrace, a floor or an area to be waterproofed, the Terraces and Floors Kit is the one for you. And if it's a swimming pool, the Swimming Pool Kit, with a doormat roller ideal for swimming pool paints or for porous surfaces such as a coping stone, concrete, etc.
Are you going to lacquer furniture, radiators or metal? The Enamel Kit comes with two 11 cm mini rollers for the fine finish these surfaces require. For painting furniture with chalk paint, the Furniture Kit.
And if you simply need to paint something quickly without complication, the Multipurpose Kit. Drip-proof roller, bucket and brush, the basics well solved for any situation.
The right roller for every job. Microfibre for smooth surfaces, mat for outdoors, anti-drop for indoors... Choose the one that matches your product and your surface, and apply better with less effort.
If you're painting walls or ceilings indoors with any paint, the Anti Drip Roller is your choice. It minimises splatter and works comfortably on smooth surfaces without smearing all around. This roller is also used to apply our silicate consolidant.
For facades and exteriors, the Nature roller is suitable for both smooth and rough surfaces. Its fibre can withstand exterior acrylic and mineral paints without any loss of performance.
Whether the project is a floor, a swimming pool, a coping stone or a porous surface, the Doormat Roller is the right choice. Its long pile penetrates well into irregularities and is also ideal for applying waterproofing or concrete varnishes.
Smooth surface with plastic paint, interior or exterior? The Microfibre Roller gives the finest and most uniform finish. No marks, no lint, perfect when the visual result matters.
And if you need to apply filler or smoothing paste before painting, the Caulk Roller is designed for exactly that. It spreads the putty evenly and makes it easy to get a base on the wall or ceiling ready for smoothing with a trowel or a simple window cleaner.
The basics that are always needed and that make the difference between a clean job and a sloppy one. Brush for corners and hard-to-reach areas, sandpaper for smoothing before you start, tape to protect what you don't paint and a bucket with a grid to work without dripping or splashing.
There are projects that look good and projects that look perfect. The difference is almost always in the previous steps and in the finishing touches, not in the paint.
Before the first coat is applied, sanding down minor imperfections with the medium-grade sponge block is the step that is most often skipped and is most noticeable in the result. A well-prepared surface holds the paint better, covers in fewer coats and lasts much longer.
The 16 litre bucket with grid is the companion that turns any roller into a professional tool. The grid squeezes out just the right amount of paint with each pass, without overspray or drips, and gets the job done faster and with fewer stains on the floor.
For edges, corners, skirting boards and frames, the 40 mm triple wood brush gives the clean finish that no roller can give. It is the last step, but the most visible.
And masking tape is what separates those who work calmly from those who spend a lot of time cleaning up. Applying it before you start costs a few minutes. Not applying it can cost much more.
Every phase of a mortar or coating job needs its own tool. Using the wrong one not only gives worse results, it also makes the job slower and harder. If you are going to spread adhesive, adhesive mortar or microcement on a surface, the steel notched trowel is a must. The grooves control the thickness of the layer and ensure uniform adhesion. Available with wooden or plastic handle according to preference.
The sponge trowel is the right tool for finishing, refining and cleaning plaster, stucco or microcement. The high absorption trowel retains more water and is perfect for larger surface jobs.
For grouting tiles, gresite or ceramic tiles, the rubber trowel distributes the grout easily in the joints without scratching or damaging the surface. And the 750 ml spray bottle is the perfect accessory for wetting substrates before applying mortar, liquid waterproofing or consolidant.
We solve the most common doubts before getting down to work. If you do not find what you are looking for, you can contact us by phone or WhatsApp and we will advise you without obligation.
Yes, each kit is designed to get you started without buying anything else apart from paint. The Interior Special Kit, for example, includes a roller, bucket, grid, masking tape, cover and brush. The only thing not included is the paint, which you will find in the other Tecno Prodist categories.
The Interior Kit has the essentials: 22 cm anti-drip roller, flat bucket, cover and brush, ideal for painting a ceiling or a room. The Interior Special Kit adds a 16 L bucket with grid, masking tape and extra protections, ideal when you are going to paint more than one room, have skirting boards to protect or simply want to work more comfortably and without stains.
It is not ideal. Rough facades need a wool roller with more pile, which carries more paint and reaches the textures well. An interior roller, which would be the anti-drop roller, gives less performance and poorer coverage on exteriors. It is also not recommended to apply an interior paint with a doormat or wool roller, because as it loads too much paint, the paint finish would be too textured.
They are tools for different uses. The sponge trowel is used for finishing, smoothing and refining applied mortars and cleaning mortars. The rubber trowel is specifically designed for grouting: it gets the grout into the joints between tiles or ceramic pieces without scratching or damaging the surface more quickly and easily.
The suitable roller for this substrate is the Felpón roller or the microfibre roller, which are also ideal for the application of swimming pool paint.
