We refund items returned in good saleable condition.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we give you the option to return it within 30 calendar days of receipt at your home address. All items must be returned in their original, properly sealed, unopened, unused and undamaged packaging so that they are suitable for resale.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase from our website.
To make a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To initiate a return, please contact [email protected] or call +34 962 117 117.
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label. We will not accept items sent to us without first requesting a return. You must inform us within 30 days of receiving the item you wish to return. Once agreed, you must return it to us within a maximum of 10 days. Return costs incurred by the customer are non-refundable. Please do not return anything to us without first arranging it with a member of our customer service team.
How to deal with items received with damage.
If the product is damaged, we will be happy to send a replacement once the original item is returned to us. Please contact our customer service team and send us photos of the package and products as you received them so that we can open an incident with the shipping agency.
How to regret a purchase immediately
Please note that if you have made a purchase and regret it, we can stop the shipment of the goods and refund you the amount of your purchase if you have made it. To do this you must contact our customer service team before 3pm that day, so that we can stop the shipment of your order before it is sent.
How to get a refund
Once your return is received and inspected, our customer service team will contact you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If approved, your refund will be processed and the amount will be refunded by the same method of payment you made (card, transfer, etc) within the following days.
Gifts and promotions cannot be refunded or returned.
We do not refund or accept returns of free or promotional items given to you free of charge.
