Well let's go there, I have used it on the roof of my house in the village as it had leaks, after a few months of rain I can say that it has worked perfectly, no leaks came back.
The process I did was to sweep the roof of moss, leaves and other debris that ends up there, then I filled a spray backpack with the product and gave the roof 2 full passes.
It does not change the colour of the surface on which it is applied nor does it leave stains, it is not water repellent as such, but it has sealed all the small pores and cracks in the roof, so yes, I can say that it works.
I recommend its purchase if you have any problems with leaks in walls, ceilings or floors because it will drastically reduce the porosity of the surface and thus the moisture it can cause on it.

Although it is not recommended for flooring, we laid it on the floor of the terrace, a rough handmade ceramic tile, and it turned out very well. The colour just got a little darker.

I used the product to waterproof some small cracks that had started to appear over time in the artificial stone of the façade of my house (which we built 30 years ago in a village and faces west). I applied two spaced coats, and from the next day the rain put it to the test on many occasions. I am very satisfied because the water slides off as if it were falling on glass, and besides it is a Spanish product.
