Description
TECNOCEM COSMETIC It is a fine-grained, fibreglass-reinforced cosmetic cementitious mortar, specially formulated for the repair and smoothing of façades. Its high-quality, fine finish makes it the ideal solution for restoring the aesthetic appearance of deteriorated concrete surfaces, both indoors and outdoors.
Thanks to its thixotropic properties and excellent workability, it is easy to apply without sagging, even on vertical surfaces, allowing for a high coverage rate per coat and a smooth, uniform finish. It is a fibre-reinforced, water-repellent product with low shrinkage and high resistance to cracking, ensuring a long-lasting result even in harsh environments and when exposed to the elements.
TECNOCEM COSMETIC is particularly suitable for the repair and smoothing of façade elements such as columns, ramps, beams, slabs, balcony fronts and cornices, as well as for the aesthetic restoration of deteriorated concrete finishes, the re-profiling of edges and joint lips, and the filling of potholes and spalling. Classified in accordance with EN 1504-3 (R3), it is a professional-grade product that combines protection and aesthetics in a single application.

Hello,
I used it to smooth out the façade of my house; it was one of those old-fashioned ones where they’d applied a sort of textured finish, and it looked really dated with that finish. I bought this product to smooth the walls and it’s now as good as new. The product is very durable – you can tell it’s good quality – and it’s white, which is always better when it comes to painting it later on.

I used it on a cornice where the corner was crumbling; first I used a bonding resin recommended by the manufacturer, Resipro Plus, it’s like a glue to ensure the mortar bonds properly; I painted the whole area where the corner had come away with a brush and then rebuilt the cornice with this mortar. It’s turned out brilliantly – I’d highly recommend it.

Good afternoon,
This product is used on a sand and cement mortar to achieve a smooth finish; to be honest, it looks just like plaster – I’m really pleased with the result
Best regards

Hello,
I used it to smooth the concrete on the walls of my garage; the builder had left them unfinished, but with this mortar they’ve turned out brilliantly with just a very thin layer – we applied about half a centimetre of the mortar.
