TECPINT AIRDEPUR ECO-TERMIC is a state-of-the-art, environmentally friendly mineral paint that combines thermal insulation, air purification by photocatalysis and anti-condensation and anti-mould protection in a single product. Designed for interior and exterior use, this paint represents an innovative solution to improve comfort, energy efficiency and air quality in homes, offices and technical buildings.
Its formulation based on sol-silicate mineral, The use of a biocide, solvent and plasticiser free, makes it an ideal choice for sensitive environments such as nurseries, hospitals, residences, schools or homes with people who are allergic or sensitive to chemicals and odours.
One of the most innovative characteristics of TECPINT AIRDEPUR ECO-TERMIC is its photocatalytic technology, which is activated by natural or artificial light in order to to break down pollutants, odours and harmful compounds in the air.
This property allows the indoor and outdoor air quality to be improved continuously and without maintenance.
A surface treated with this paint can contribute to the reduction of air pollutants, helping to create healthier and more sustainable spaces.
Thanks to its formulation with glass and ceramic nanospheres, This paint creates micro-insulating chambers that reduce thermal transmission.
This keeps cool in summer and warm in winter, reducing heating and air-conditioning consumption.
Its high solar reflectance (SRI 105) and thermal reflective capacity contribute to improve building energy efficiency and reduce carbon footprint.
It is manufactured in optical white to achieve the highest solar reflectance (SRI 105 %) this together with its special formulation with glass microspheres and ceramics, achieves the best thermal result. The colour can be changed with water-based inorganic liquid dyes such as our ECOPIGMENT, bearing in mind that this will reduce the solar reflection and consequently part of the thermal result. The darker the colour, the lower the solar reflection and the lower the thermal result. This will be more noticeable in the summer season with the heat. If the paint is used indoors, change the colour. NO alter the thermal and photocatalytic performance of the product.
TECPINT AIRDEPUR ECO-TERMIC is highly breathable and microporous, allowing water vapour to escape without forming a surface film.
Its high pH and optimum humidity management make it a adverse to fungal and algal growth, helping to prevent mould and condensation problems in walls and ceilings.
It is especially recommended for old buildings, damp walls, renovations and damp-proofing systems.
This mineral paint is 100% environmentally friendly, free of VOCs, solvents and plasticisers, and with an organic content of less than 5%.
It does not generate odour during or after application, thus allowing for painting and living on the same day, ideal for living spaces.
TECPINT AIRDEPUR ECO-TERMIC is highly resistant to weathering, UV rays and chemical agents.
Its matt mineral finish is washable, water-repellent and antistatic, guaranteeing a long service life both indoors and outdoors.
In addition, it complies with European standards such as UNE-EN 15824 and DIN EN 1062-1, and has a fire classification of A2-s1,d0 according to EN 13501-1.
