Description

  • FIXER FOR LIMESTONE OR SILICATE PAINTS, is a product suitable for priming primers before applying natural paints such as lime or silicate paints in interior or exterior.
  • DOUBLE USE, COMPACT CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS, such as stone, bricks, monuments or sculptures made of porous materials, avoiding the disintegration of the materials, resistant to weathering and UV rays.
  • BREATHABLE AND WATERPROOF, matt mineral appearance, highly breathable and water-repellent, prevents the proliferation of fungus and verdigris.
  • The substrate must be clean of grease and loose paint, remove all loose particles before applying the product. Apply undiluted, if applied on porous substrates it is recommended to apply two coats, leaving 6 - 8 h between coats. If paints are subsequently applied, it is recommended to wait 24 hours after application. Apply at temperatures between +8º C and +30º C.
  • EASY TO APPLY, by brush, short nap roller, spray gun or dipping. Do not apply on damp substrates. Consumption 200 - 400 ml/ m2 in two coats (depending on the porosity of the substrate) TECNO PRODIST is state-of-the-art technology and products.

    I used it on an imitation natural stone that was flaking. First brushing to remove the loose material, then two coats and now it is compact and does not lose sand. I don't know how long the effect will last. I guess it depends on the sun and rain.

    I have some old bricks that were falling apart due to humidity and I have given it a first coat and the deterioration has stopped completely. It has become very compact. I only commented that they have darkened a little, but it is not a problem at all. It was much worse to see them fading. Very happy with this product.

    I have finished a very modern house that has many concrete walls, and I had to put a product that would NOT modify the appearance of the concrete but would seal the material to avoid having everything dirty with dust. It was the holy word, put it on and with two coats, the product is absorbed, it does not shine, leaving the same colour of the concrete, a little darker, but almost imperceptible. EXCELLENT PRODUCT

    I have to add that to finish this job I have tried three other different products before, they stuck so well and once dry, they shined so much and this one was without doubt the best.

    Also beware that it has to be a mineral sealant.
