Tecpint Termic is a sound-absorbing thermal insulation paint (reduces reverberation sound indoors) The new, state-of-the-art system offers a comprehensive solution for noise reduction and comfort improvement in indoor spaces. TECPINT TERMIC is a matt acrylic paint, specially designed to treat walls and ceilings with thermal and/or acoustic insulation problems (reverberation sound). It contains Thermal Conductivity Micro bubbles insulator microspheres that generate a micro-air chamber that provides your walls and ceilings with the necessary insulation to avoid thermal contrasts, damp and mould, as well as reducing ambient noise (reverberation sound).
FOR SURFACES in particular for painting interior surfaces made of concrete, cement, plaster, brick, plaster, wood, etc., in places where thermal and/or acoustic insulation (reverberation sound) is desired, such as living rooms, basements, kitchens, bathrooms, etc.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE: If the surface presents problems of adhesion, previously fill with TECPINT PRIMER. Apply a first coat diluted with 5 - 15% of potable water, leave to dry for a minimum of 6 hours and apply the second and third coats pure or with a maximum of 5% of water.

In summer, the sun heats up façades and walls, and the heat enters the home. In winter, the walls cool down and the heat from inside escapes.
Result: reduced comfort, higher heating and cooling costs, and a risk of condensation and stains on cold walls.
Both layers contain insulating nanospheres. On the outside, the paint reflects the sun’s heat and provides a waterproof barrier; on the inside, the heat from the room stays inside.

TERMOMUR FLEX + TERMOIMPER: Contains nanospheres; it insulates, reflects the sun’s rays, is waterproof and elastic, and prevents cracks.

If the paint or the surface is sound and sturdy, there is no need for a primer. If they are not in good condition, remove any paint that is not properly adhered and any damp patches.
CHIPS: Remove all loose mortar and clean the surface. Apply with a brush RESIPRO PLUS and, after 20 minutes, fill with M-REPAIRING FACADES.
CRACKS: If they are more than 2 mm in size, cut them open, clean them and fill them with MASITEC FLEX W.

TECPINT PRIMER GELApply the filler using a special filler roller and finish with a putty knife or directly with a trowel. Coat thickness: 4 to 5 mm; if you wish to apply a thicker coat, allow it to dry for 4 to 6 hours for every 4 mm and sand it after 24 hours using 60 to 120-grit sandpaper.
TERMOMUR FLEXEnds with TERMOIMPER: elastic, crack-resistant thermal paint that insulates the façade and protects it from the rain. First coat diluted with 5 to 15 % of water; second coat with 5 %. Recoating: 8 hours. Brush, roller or spray gun (maximum pressure 75 atm, nozzle size 1.5 to 2 mm).
TERMOIMPERThe wall or ceiling must be clean, dust-free and dry. Remove any flaking paint and damp patches. Is there textured paint? There’s no need to remove it: the filler from step 2 will cover it.
If necessaryDusty surface or poor grip: TECPINT PRIMER o TECPINT PRIMER GEL.
The filler smooths and insulates at the same time, even on textured plaster, paint or tiles. Apply it with a filler roller and finish with a spatula or trowel, in layers of 2 to 5 mm, then sand after 24 hours using 60 to 120-grit sandpaper.
TERMOMUR FLEXApply the first coat diluted with 5 to 15 % of water; the second and third coats should be applied undiluted or diluted with a maximum of 5 %. Allow at least 6 hours between coats. Use a brush, short-pile roller (DRIP-PROOF) or spray gun (maximum pressure 75 atm, 1.5 to 2 mm nozzle). Matt white, washable and odourless, with a slightly textured finish.
TECPINT TERMICAn insulated, waterproof façade that is protected against cracks. Smooth, insulated internal walls, without textured finish.

Nous avons acheté cette peinture pour isoler le mur d'une chambre qui n'a pas de mitoyenneté et laissait apparaître l'hiver des gouttelettes d'humilité qui finissaient par perler. Nous avons suivi les indications de pose à savoir 1ère couche diluée à 15%, 2ème à 10%, 3ème (et 4ème) pures puis nous avons mis plusieurs couches de la peinture choisie. Le résultat est incroyable ! On sent une différence considérable au niveau thermique, le mur est complètement sec tout le temps. Nous avons passé l'hiver dans une chambre bien plus saine. Tellement bluffant que nous avons décidé de racheter le même produit pour améliorer l'isolation des murs de la véranda. Alors franchement, si vous pensez respecter les conseils de pose, allez-y les yeux fermés !

Good primer, I don't know if it is as thermally effective as they say, but it was the only thing I could do to improve the insulation of a room, you have to mix very well before applying, if it is with a mixing rod and a drill better.

J ai acheté cette peinture pour une maison ancienne peu isolée. J ai passé la peinture épaisse au gros pinceau ça fait un effet peinture à la chaux. Côté isolation thermique les murs ou la peinture a été passée sont beaucoup moins froids au toucher que les autres c est flagrant. Pour le coté phonique je n ai pas encore pu tester en l absence de voisins ...I bought this paint for an old house that was not very insulated. I applied the paint thickly with a large brush, it has the effect of lime paint. In terms of thermal insulation, the walls on which the paint has been applied are much less cold to the touch than others, it is obvious. As for the phonetics, I have not yet been able to do any tests due to the lack of neighbours...

Je n'ai fait qu'une partie du mur à cause des meubles à déplacer, je peux donc comparer une zone peinte avec cette peinture à une zone non peinte : il y a vraiment une différence en posant la main dessus. La zone peinte est bien moins froide (en hiver !)
Par contre assez épaisse et granuleuse, à savoir avant de la poser mais elle est très facile à poser au rouleau
