I live in an attic in Zaragoza, on top of my roof there is asphalt fabric with gravel, what is called tegola americana, in summer it was unbearable the heat we had at home, day and night with the air conditioning, at night the heat that accumulated the roof was still coming out at home, until I discovered this product from Tecno Prodist, I called and they informed me very carefully about the whole application process and the product I had to apply, I applied 3 coats of Termoimper Antigoteras and it is noticeable, at least now we have 8 or 10 degrees less temperature and at night it is rare the day that we put the air conditioning on. It does what it says, you have to follow the application instructions, clean the floor well, let dry 2 or 3 days and give it 3 coats letting dry 8 h between coats minimum, I can corroborate that in my case the product has worked perfectly in every way, it has already rained 3 times since I applied it and goodbye to leaks, thermal insulation also we have noticed, for me it is a great product.
