TERMOIMPER Thermal Insulation, elastomeric coating of emulsified acrylic resins, special pigments and borosilicates, which provide control and reflection of solar ultraviolet rays (Solar Reflection 88%), formula specially developed for steel, galvanised sheet metal, zinc sheet metal, plastic sheet metal, contains very powerful resins that adhere to non-porous substrates, it is not necessary to apply primer beforehand, as long as the substrate is completely clean and dry.
THE BEST THERMAL INSULATOR, proven good thermal properties, contains Thermal Conductivity Micro bubbles insulator microspheres to improve insulation, CAN BE DYED with water-based dyes (although it is not recommended to maintain the solar reflection of its original colour), high resistance to weathering, easy to apply, excellent adhesion and whiteness, insulates from heat and cold. Contains corrosion inhibitors, protecting the surfaces to which it is applied against rust. Flexible, anti-cracking product.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE, Clean the substrate of dust and grease, on new galvanised sheet metal or less than three years old, remove the entire film of manufacturing grease and allow to dry completely, if there are areas with rust apply TECPINT OXIDO and allow to dry for 12 hours, on galvanised sheet metal to achieve good thermal insulation it is recommended to apply 3 coats, dilute the first coat with a proportion of water of 5% and apply the other two coats pure or with a maximum of 5%, allowing to dry for a minimum of 8 hours between coats.
Do not apply TERMOIMPER CHAPA when there is a risk of rain, frost or even at hours of maximum sunshine.
Once the 3rd final coat has been applied, it is not recommended to walk on the product before 7 days after application.
