In addition, ThermoImper Sheet Metal is waterproofing, which provides extra defence against moisture and prevents deterioration and corrosion of treated surfaces.
This product is elastic to hardening, preventing cracks in the product caused by temperature changes, vibrations or movements of the substrate. This ensures that the protection is long-lasting and effective even under extreme conditions.

It is manufactured in optical white to achieve the highest solar reflectance (SRI 88 %) this, together with its special formula with different types of nanospheres, achieves the best thermal result. The colour can be changed with water-based liquid dyes (our ECOPIGMENT can be used), but this will reduce the solar reflection and consequently part of the thermal result. The darker the colour, the lower the solar reflection and the lower the thermal result. This will be more noticeable in the summer season with the heat.
TERMOIMPER Thermal Insulation, elastomeric coating of emulsified acrylic resins, special pigments and borosilicates, which provide control and reflection of solar ultraviolet rays (Solar Reflection 88%), formula specially developed for steel, galvanised sheet metal, zinc sheet metal, plastic sheet metal, contains very powerful resins that adhere to non-porous substrates, it is not necessary to apply primer beforehand, as long as the substrate is completely clean and dry.
THE BEST THERMAL INSULATOR, proven good thermal properties, contains Thermal Conductivity Micro bubbles insulator microspheres to improve insulation, CAN BE DYED with water-based dyes (although it is not recommended to maintain the solar reflection of its original colour), high resistance to weathering, easy to apply, excellent adhesion and whiteness, insulates from heat and cold. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE, Clean the substrate of dust and grease, on new galvanised sheet metal or less than three years old, remove the entire film of manufacturing grease and allow to dry completely, if there are areas with rust apply TECPINT OXIDO and allow to dry for 12 hours, on galvanised sheet metal to achieve good thermal insulation it is recommended to apply 3 coats, dilute the first coat with a proportion of water of 5% and apply the other two coats pure or with a maximum of 5%, allowing to dry for a minimum of 8 hours between coats.
Do not apply TERMOIMPER CHAPA when there is a risk of rain, frost or even at hours of maximum sunshine.
Once the 3rd final coat has been applied, it is not recommended to walk on the product before 7 days after application.

The sheet metal absorbs solar radiation and transfers the heat to the interior: industrial buildings, warehouses and homes become overheated, and sudden changes in temperature cause the roof to expand.
THERMOIMPER SHEET METAL in 3 layers: it contains thermal-insulating nanospheres; its special optical white colour maximises solar reflectance; it is also waterproof, elastic, self-cleaning and contains corrosion inhibitors.
No primer is required. The surface must be clean, dry and free from mould or efflorescence.
NEW BADGE: If the sheet metal or galvanised sheet metal is less than 3 years old, clean it with a degreaser, rinse it off and leave it to dry for 24 to 48 hours.
OXIDE: scrape off the loose bits and apply TECPINT RUST, rust-inhibiting primer. Leave to dry for 24 to 48 hours before painting.
The maximum temperature of the metal sheet must not exceed 35 °C. Do not apply the paint whilst the metal sheet is wet; do not paint if there is a risk of rain or frost, or during the hours of peak sunlight.
Before you start, stir the product in its original container using an electric whisk or, if you don’t have one, a round stick.
Dilute the first coat of TERMOIMPER CHAPA with 10 % of water. Apply using a short-pile (drip-free) roller, a brush or a spray gun, using criss-cross strokes to achieve even coverage.
At gunpoint1.5 to 2 mm nozzle, dilution of approx. 10:1 (TP:4T) and pressure of 75 atm.
Apply a further 2 coats, either undiluted or with a maximum of 5 % of water, allowing at least 8 hours’ drying time between coats. Final thickness: at least 1 mm when dry.
PERFORMANCE: 650–800 ml/m² for a thickness of 1 mm (3 coats), depending on the substrate and application conditions.
Supplementthermal insulation
If the roof has skylights, remove all dirt, mould, etc. Once the surface is completely clean, apply 1 or 2 coats of TRANSLUCENT THERMOIMPER.
Do not walk on the roof until 7 days have passed since the final coat was applied. From then on, the roof will be insulated, waterproofed and protected against corrosion.

It is used like any other paint. After three coats on the metal roof, the interior has dropped 5 degrees. I have also applied it on sheet metal doors and it is very noticeable to the touch as it is lower in temperature both inside and outside.

first I cleaned the resin roof well and then I applied 4 coats of resin paint and come on, I would say that it has worked, because in june july is when the sun hits hard on my shed, then in august it goes down and until next year for june july I won't be able to really check how good it is, but it seems that it is going well.
