Good but expensive product
The paint meets expectations in terms of protection from heat and cold, only that it needs to be applied several times and it is very expensive.

Very good
We are renovating an old village house and the insulation leaves a lot to be desired. I had already used this paint for the exterior walls and ceiling of the living room and although I was a bit sceptical about the result, we really noticed a higher thermal comfort, especially in winter. The walls where we applied it are not so cold. Now I have bought it again to paint the kitchen ceiling. It is not a finishing paint, you have to apply 2 or 3 coats and then apply the paint of your choice. The only drawback is the high price tag... but it's really worth it.

Expensive, but it's worth it.
It is obviously a more expensive paint, of course, but given its properties, it is not too bad value for money.
Results? Let's see, not to be a cuñao (we all are at one time or another), but many things would have to be developed. It would be good to combine painting with other solutions, because Lourdes is not.
I measured everything with a thermal camera (which they let me have, as they are expensive) and you can notice something different, but you have to believe the result a little bit, because there are reflections, the weather changes...
It creates a film that looks like a transparent plastic bag for fruit. With the camera, I identified where there were columns or thermal bridges and there, even applying more layers, I didn't notice a noticeable difference.
For repainting the sides that touch the outside and/or areas that have grown mould, I would choose it again. Besides, it is not supposed to let interior heat escape. If it is to combat the climate as such, only if I have money to spare or to finish off the job. I'd go for other things first: blowing foam, polystyrene or Copoprene coating...
It is a plus. Not to expect a remarkable result on its own.

It seems to work
Despite the higher price for buying a paint with spheres, and therefore thermal insulation properties, it seems to do its job of increasing insulation. It is indicated on the feeling, without concrete data.

Good paint, does its job.
Frankly it is a bit expensive, but it is true that the final result is quite good, you can notice the difference in temperature in about four or 5° approximately, it is true that it has only been on for a month and a half.

It works. Breaks thermal bridges
I bought it at 15kg, for a room of approx. 14m2.
I had a room, in a flat, with a floor to ceiling column/beam which was getting cold in a crazy way. If the walls were at 20 degrees the column was at 17, this made it unthinkable to heat that room above 19 degrees, when the rest of the house was at 21 - 22.
First, the walls were thoroughly cleaned to remove any dust or debris that might impede the grip. The walls were smooth, without stippled paint.
Three days painting, waiting 6 - 7 hours between coats in November.
I have given 4 generous coats to each wall and the column. Without thinning the paint with water.
Result: The room, with the heating the same as before, reaches 21 degrees. The column has almost the same temperature as the walls, a difference of 0.3 downwards, which is acceptable. If the walls are 20 degrees, the column is 19.7.
It is finally as warm as the rest of the house. You no longer have the feeling of entering a cold crypt.
It remains matt white, white white, then it could be painted over with another plastic paint (as long as it is water-based).
Very satisfied.
As a detail, the cube arrived completely white, with no sticker, no brand and no instructions, I had to find out how to apply it.
I bought the thermoimper paint from tecno prodist.

Good finish
I bought it to paint a custard-coloured wall on the terrace with stippled paint, and using a brush it has turned out very well. I stained the floor a bit and I could clean it well even once it was dry. The result is good, it has turned out very well and I have only applied one coat (generous considering that it is with a brush). I recommend it
TermoImper by Tecno Prodist is a exterior thermal insulating water-based paint designed to offer a highly efficient solution for façade insulation. Ideal for those seeking to maintain thermal comfort in their homes or buildings, this product helps regulate temperature in both summer and winter. Thanks to its advanced formula, TermoImper not only insulates against heat and cold, but also acts as a waterproof barrier, protecting exterior surfaces from moisture and water damage. This type of water-based insulating paint is an excellent choice for extending the life of façades, reducing structural wear and improving the energy efficiency of the building.
Insulating water-based paint
With TermoImperThe exterior surfaces obtain a flexible and resistant finish, adapting to extreme weather conditions and preventing the appearance of cracks. This makes it an optimal choice for maintaining the building in optimal conditions without compromising its appearance. As it is a water-based paintIts application is simple, fast and without the strong odours typical of other products, which makes this product a very easy to use product. external thermal insulation is ideal for both professional builders and DIY projects.
One of the key features of the TermoImper is its ability to thermal insulation in various environmental conditions. When applied to facades, it creates a protective layer that reflects heat in hot weather and retains heat indoors during cold months. This results in a significant reduction of energy consumption in air conditioning systems, helping both to reduce energy costs and to reduce the environmental impact of the building.
In addition, its ownership waterproof protects surfaces from the action of rain and humidity, preventing the formation of mould and extending the durability of materials. Tecno Prodist's TermoImper is the ideal choice for those looking for a multifunctional paint that combines thermal protection and moisture resistance in a single application. Its anti-cracking finish gives it a uniform and durable appearance, guaranteeing a crack-free façade with excellent behaviour in the face of expansion and contraction of materials due to temperature changes.
Another major benefit of this exterior thermal insulating water-based paint is its ability to cover large surfaces uniformly and in a short time, optimising work times and providing visible and quality results. The application of TermoImper is ideal in various types of buildings, from private homes to office buildings and commercial establishments, offering a solution adapted to each type of project.
It is manufactured in optical white to achieve the highest solar reflectance (SRI 87,2 %) this, together with its special formula with different types of nanospheres, achieves the best thermal result. The colour can be changed with water-based liquid dyes (our ECOPIGMENT can be used), but this will reduce the solar reflection and consequently part of the thermal result. The darker the colour, the lower the solar reflection and the lower the thermal result. This will be more noticeable in the summer season with the heat.
TERMOIMPER Thermal Insulation, an elastomeric coating of emulsified acrylic resins, special pigments and borosilicates, which provide control and reflection of solar ultraviolet rays, developed for the aeronautical and nuclear industry.
THE BEST THERMAL INSULANT, proven for its good thermal properties, has been introduced in civil works to improve insulation against heat and cold.
SPACE PAINT developed for the aeronautical and nuclear industry, contains microfibre, borosilicate particles and the best microspheres on the market (manufactured by 3M) very effective. Termoimper withstands exposure to the worst conditions of sunlight and humidity.
BLANCO ÓPTICO is manufactured in optical white, to improve the reflection of ultraviolet radiation, and is highly effective against mould and mildew.
EASY APPLICATION can be applied by brush, roller or spray, once dry it has a very uniform satin finish. Product manufactured in Spain.

Thermal insulation of façades and walls using acrylic paints and thermal putty
Solutionfor…
Scene 1
The problem
In summer, the sun heats up façades and walls, and the heat enters the home. In winter, the walls cool down and the heat from inside escapes.
Result: reduced comfort, higher heating and cooling costs, and a risk of condensation and stains on cold walls.
Scene 2
The system: thermal putty + thermal acrylic paint
Both layers contain insulating nanospheres. On the outside, the paint reflects the sun’s heat and provides a waterproof barrier; on the inside, the heat from the room stays inside.
Outdoors
Facades and party walls exposed to the sun and rain.
TERMOMUR FLEX + TERMOIMPER: Contains nanospheres; it insulates, reflects the sun’s rays, is waterproof and elastic, and prevents cracks.
Inside
Walls and ceilings in living rooms, bedrooms, kitchens, bathrooms or basements.
TERMOMUR FLEX + TECPINT TERMIC: Contains nanospheres; smooths the surface, covers textured paint, insulates and reduces reverberation.
Scene 3 · Exterior · Take 1
Preparing the façade
If the paint or the surface is sound and sturdy, there is no need for a primer. If they are not in good condition, remove any paint that is not properly adhered and any damp patches.
CHIPS: Remove all loose mortar and clean the surface. Apply with a brush RESIPRO PLUS and, after 20 minutes, fill with M-REPAIRING FACADES.
CRACKS: If they are more than 2 mm in size, cut them open, clean them and fill them with MASITEC FLEX W.
If necessary
Dusty or sandy substrate: TECPINT PRIMER o TECPINT PRIMER GEL.

Insulating putty
If you’re looking for better thermal insulation
Apply the filler using a special filler roller and finish with a putty knife or directly with a trowel. Coat thickness: 4 to 5 mm; if you wish to apply a thicker coat, allow it to dry for 4 to 6 hours for every 4 mm and sand it after 24 hours using 60 to 120-grit sandpaper.
TERMOMUR FLEX
Scene 5 · Exterior · Take 3
Waterproof thermal paint
Ends with TERMOIMPER: elastic, crack-resistant thermal paint that insulates the façade and protects it from the rain. First coat diluted with 5 to 15 % of water; second coat with 5 %. Recoating: 8 hours. Brush, roller or spray gun (maximum pressure 75 atm, nozzle size 1.5 to 2 mm).
TERMOIMPER
Scene 6 · Interior · Step 1
Preparing the wall
The wall or ceiling must be clean, dust-free and dry. Remove any flaking paint and damp patches. Is there textured paint? There’s no need to remove it: the filler from step 2 will cover it.
If necessary
Dusty surface or poor grip: TECPINT PRIMER o TECPINT PRIMER GEL.
Scene 7 · Interior · Step 2
Smoothing and insulating
If you’re looking for better thermal insulation
The filler smooths and insulates at the same time, even on textured plaster, paint or tiles. Apply it with a filler roller and finish with a spatula or trowel, in layers of 2 to 5 mm, then sand after 24 hours using 60 to 120-grit sandpaper.
TERMOMUR FLEX
Scene 8 · Interior · Step 3
Thermal paint
Apply the first coat diluted with 5 to 15 % of water; the second and third coats should be applied undiluted or diluted with a maximum of 5 %. Allow at least 6 hours between coats. Use a brush, short-pile roller (DRIP-PROOF) or spray gun (maximum pressure 75 atm, 1.5 to 2 mm nozzle). Matt white, washable and odourless, with a slightly textured finish.
TECPINT TERMIC
Scene 9
The result
An insulated, waterproof façade that is protected against cracks. Smooth, insulated internal walls, without textured finish.
Greater comfort all year round, savings on heating and cooling, and a lower risk of condensation and black marks.
Tecno Prodist is a member of various organisations and in various European countries, fulfilling its annual obligations in terms of contributions to the recycling of its packaging.
