Description

It is a waterproof, transparent and flexible 100% coating with thermal properties for the waterproofing of roofs and pavements or for preventive treatment. It forms a membrane resistant to moderate foot traffic and water stagnation. Protects the substrate from water seepage and prevents premature degradation due to wear and erosion. Prevents cracking due to freeze-thaw cycles. Prevents the appearance of stains and efflorescence on the treated surface. Seals cracks and crevices up to 2 mm.

To achieve a durable waterproofing, follow these recommendations:

1. Preparation of the support

The surface must be perfectly dry (humidity < 5%), Clean and free of grease, mould or traces of old paint. If there are cracks of more than 2 mm, repair them beforehand with a suitable mortar such as M-REPAR SUELOS or MASITEC FLEX in the case of expansion joints.

2. Product preparation

3. Application

4. Maintenance and cleaning

Can it be applied on wet surfaces?

Is it slip resistant?

Can it be tiled over?

No, this product is designed as a final finish and is not suitable for subsequent coating or tiling.
