FIELDS OF APPLICATION, It is a flexible system with high performance in: swimming pools, pavements, fountains, showers, water tanks, etc. High microbiological resistance against algae and fungi, which prevents the proliferation of verdigris on the mortar.<\/p>\n

PREPARATION OF THE MIXTURE, Pour \u00be parts of the required amount of water into a clean container, as a reference for 10 kg of product 2 - 3 litres of water, add M-REJUN POOL little by little, kneading it manually or with a low speed electric drill (400-600 rpm) equipped with a mixing disc for approximately 4 to 5 min. until a homogeneous mass without lumps similar to (Greek yoghurt) is obtained. Prepare the quantity of material to be used within the first 30 minutes.<\/p>\n

EASY APPLICATION,<\/p>\n

Mix 1.45 litres of clean water per 5 kg of M-REJUN POOL (or its proportional part if using more or less mortar) by hand or with an electric mixer until a homogeneous, creamy and lump-free mixture is obtained. The amount of water in the mixture can be adjusted to facilitate the application; however, too much mixing water may cause visible shrinkage of the joint.<\/p>\n

Allow to stand for 5 minutes before application.<\/p>\n

The joints shall be filled by compressing the paste with a spatula or rubber trowel, spreading the product diagonally, or with a filler gun.<\/p>\n

Wait until the paste is no longer plastic (the paste becomes opaque, no longer shiny) and proceed to clean with a damp sponge or remove the excess paste dry with a spatula. Do not start too early, as this could partially empty the joint and do not allow it to dry completely, as this could damage the surface of the tiles. The time until the paste becomes opaque will range from 10 minutes to several hours depending on the size of the joint and the environmental conditions.<\/p>\n

PERFORMANCE, In applications of gresite swimming pools with a joint depth of about 2 mm, with 1 kg of product we can grout between 1.5 and 2 m2.<\/p>\n

Consumption may vary depending on the porosity and irregularities of the substrate and the tile, as well as the application method and the dimensions of the tile and\/or tile joint.<\/p>\n

CURE, Allow a minimum curing time of 1 day before subjecting to foot traffic, in case of permanent immersion (swimming pools, ponds, etc.) wait 7 days before filling in conditions of 20\u00ba C and 50% relative humidity. Lower temperatures than those indicated and\/or high R.H. values will lengthen the curing time and the putting into service.<\/p>\n
